Today I would like to ask each of you to say a prayer for our baby girl. We are in Atlanta for Joy Belle’s 4th casting. It’s so hard to believe that she’s here, not to mention that she’s already 4 weeks old and on her 4th treatment!
Specifically we would like to ask you to pray for the Lord to guide the hands of her doctor and that He will provide a peace and comfort for Joy Belle. After her last casting, we noticed that she was a bit uncomfortable (to be expected, as they are stretching her tiny tendons). However, for this mommy, it was extremely hard to see my girl so upset and knowing she was in pain.
Many of you have asked about our girl’s legs being casted (after I posted this photo on Instagram) and questioned her treatment. For those that missed it, you can read about her diagnosis here.
